Our family and staff welcomes you to our hotel.

This list will help you to find your way around. If you have any requests or questions, please contact our reception at phone number 500. We wish you a lovely and pleasant stay.

Allergies

Please contact the reception if you need special laundry or food because of your allergies.

Bar

We invite you every day to stay at our bar opening 24 houres.

Bathrobe

If you would like to borrow a bathrobe, please call reseption at 500.

Bathroom chair

Please call the reception to borrow one.

Beverages

The first mineral water in your room is free of charge. There are more drinks for you to order at the reception, call 500, we will bring you the beverages to your room, 24 houres per day.

Bike rental

We provide different ladies’ and men’s bicycles. Please contact the reception.

Breakfast

We serve breakfast from 06:15 am to 10:00 am in our breakfast room near the reception.

On Sunday from 6:30 am to 10:30 am.

Check-in               

Begins at 3 pm.   

Check-out

until 10:30 am.

Conference meetings

We would be pleased to help you arranging your perfect event. Please contact the reception for detailed information.

Departure

On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10:30 am.

Doctor

Please ask the reception staff or call 500. There is a hospital in Langenau.

Emergency exits

Please have a close look at the emergency exit plan in your room. Never use the lifts in case of fire.

Express-Check-out

If you authorize us to charge your credit card, we enable express-check-out.

Gym   Please feel free to work out at our gym. From 06:00 am till 22:00 pm.

International Adapter/Charging cable

Please ask the reception staff.

Internet

Our whole hotel provides internet access for free.   Password:   Lobinger2017                 Please talk to the reception employees so they can generate an access code for you. We also lend you a device for your room.

Ironing

We also provide an ironing board with a flat iron in your wardrobe.

Loundry and dry cleaning

Please deposit your laundry at the reception. (bevore 9:00am.)  for a fee

Laundry change

For a daily change of your linen please contact the reception. To receive new towels, simply drop them on the floor.

Luggage

We gladly help you with your luggage. Please ask the reception.

Pillows

If you desire additional pillows or different types of pillows (such as body or cherry pit), do not hesitate to call the matron.

Playground

Please observe your children while they are playing on our indoor playground. (till 22:00 pm.)

Reception

Our reception is open 24 houres per day. Our friendly employees will give you all the information you need.

Restaurant

Our restaurant is open from 06:00 pm to 9:45 pm.

Safe

Please make sure to store your valuables in the safe in your room or at the reception.

Room service

We would be pleased to take your order from 06:00 am to 03:00 pm

and from 06:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Shoe cleaning

Our shoe polishing machine is placed near the reception. A shoe cleaning kit in in your room.

Shuttle

We provide shuttle service in case you need to be driven to the station. Please make a reservation before your departure one day before.

Slipper

If you would like a pair, please come to the reception.

Supportservice

If you need any help operating our software or if something does not work as it should, please call our reception at 500.

Television

You will find the programme overview at your roomdesk. We kindly ask you not to alter the programme settings.

Towels

We change towels daily if you wish.

Toiletries

At our reception we set aside a few bathroom items such as shavers, tooth brushes, tooth pastes or combs.

Umbrellas

You can borrow umbrellas at the reception for free. Please return them after usage.

Wake up call

If you would like to get a wake-up-call in the morning, please give the reception staff a call the evening before. You can also set the alarm in your room.
